Review from Mr Hmarmaraj Is not true as Passenger is Aware that Deposit was done on 26Jan & was advised that once its cleared Ticket will be issued, We did not hold passenger payments for 5 Days & Its not true about any date changes mentioned to us.also & Passenger received email by Sunday with confirmation & also Passenger sent email saying below..

The Rude Customer Service.
I thought I got a good deal but the lady "Rita Laungani" is the rudest customer service rep I have ever seen in my life. Why do such people make others days unhappy with their arrogant attitude.
She took money but wanted to issue tickets at her own pace which never mentioned in her conversations but when I asked she insists that she can't go back and change the dates. That's very disappointing and rude to our expectations.
Basically she locked me for about 5days after payment. So I sincerely suggest to shop around before reaching this lady. You will hate to speak to her after first conversation. That's for sure!
Good Service, & Rita is very prompt in her emails, I was very happy& will surely recommend her to all my friends. I read comments saying that she is rude, I think she is not rude, she is very honest & upfront & most people don't like that. I am happy, & had no hassle in dealing with her.Keep going & do the good work, as you cant keep all happy.
Got Good Prices.
Always buy tickets from them: I have always got my tickets from Deepak Travels and have got good prices. n fact for my trip to India end of august they also matched the price of the other travel agent. I paid via credit card, and they did not charge me any extra $$.

Service was absolutely great. Rita was very nice and had a great turn around compared to other travel agents in getting me confirmed tickets. I would most definitely recommend this travel agent and will book with them again. Thanks for all your help
