rude dispatcher, cab was a no-show for second time. I called Yellowcab 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The cab was a no-show. I called the dispatcher, who was very rude and hung up before I could clarify if a cab was on the way. I called back, and he was rude again, barely giving me a chance to state that no cab showed up, and he said a cab was on the way and hung up on me again. I have missed my appointment and will be penalized $75. The dispatcher obviously DID NOT send a cab. This is the second time this has happened.…

Not good at busy times.
I ride taxis often in the city. Yellow cab is the worst to call on a weekend night, or during peak travel times of the day, like rush hour. On 4 different occasions, they called me back to tell me my
cab had arrived, but it had not arrived, and in fact, never showed up. Even when the cab does show, it consistently takes Yellow a longer time to do it.
Further, I've had Yeloow drivers "fare shop" on me twice - asking me where I'm going without letting me in, and then speeding off to a fare down the street if they thought they could do better.
That said, during the slow hours, Yellow is reliable . But, anybody can show up on time when it's slow, ya know?…
