bad food, bad service.
it's cheap, but you get what you pay for. if you ask for a paper napkin, they give you
1 per plate you buy. If you want an extra, they are very fussy about it. Same with water.
Don't waste your time or your money.

good and fast. this is the place to go for fast (Take Out) Chinese food at a great value. Try the combination plates.
