facial surgey, not what I had expected... I had spoke to the doctor years ago in regards to a tummy tuck( which i have yet to do to date). At that time he mentioned I needed to loose much weight then he would perform the surgery, understood...

I was re-entering the work world after raising my children(I have never had any cosmetic surgery before this and to date after, just this one), came upon his name on the internet for my area (i needed a face lift and eyelids tucked). I searched high and low reading all the information I could find and then set the appointment for the interview. I explained what I was looking for (remove the saggy eyes, frown at my lips along with the sagging jowls, which made me look mad and tired all the time.. (unfortunately hereditary). He showed me with the lifting of my skin what I would look like, then he said I will be very pleased.

I was excited. I went home to discuss this with the family, signed up,another interview and restated my requests-and were understood, so I thought) paid 15k for a lower face lift and eyelids. Now, 1 year later I have scares so large at the corners of my eyes,and in my hairlines, unreal.... my eyelids have jagged scars, very visible, even with make up..), I see the frown back, jowls are saging slightly, there are lumps under my ears, eyes have tingling sensation often. :(. frustrated, feeling ripped off, yeh you could say that.

I did go to all the post opp's and after 3-6 months the frown was back... he said in a few words, I didn't want you to look like Joan Rivers... really!!! ??? I will have to have the scars fixed in time, and looking for another surgeon that will actually listen to what I want... Make sure you speak to clients that have had the surgery your looking for, beware, I think the doc should be calling it quits in the operating room for any facial cosmetic surgery( my opinion from experience). By the way, the receptionist is so nice, but she bragged on how the doctor is so great, hum????? Please take my words for this, keep looking for another surgeon if your looking for facial work.

2 stars because it was "sorta good" meaning, looking better that before the surgery.. minus 3 stars because he didn't listen to what I had asked for-loose the frown-the scars are unacceptable.

AVOID THIS MAN. Terrible doctor. Horrible experience, damage to face from his unorthodox procedure. Do not recommend to anyone.

Great Honest Doctor! Listens to the patient and helps make the right choice about surgery.. Dr. Yenikomshian helped remove a lot of the anxiety I had about surgery. He is a great doctor and really listened to my desires and concerns. I would recommend him to everyone.

One of the best doctors in the bay area. Dr. Yeni is one of my favorite doctors and I would not go to anyone else. He treated me very kindly and the results were fantastic.
