Outstanding ramen-ya, comparable to restaurants in Japan.
One of my favorite hidden treasures, Do Henkotsu has the best ramen in the South Bay. It is traditional Japanese Ramen, along with other Japanese dishes like Buta Kimchi, gyoza, etc.,
Seating is limited, but if you come early or late there's generally no wait. A large selection of Japanese magazines and books to read. The restaurant is kid friendly, and many families come earlier in the day.
Do-Henkotsu serves delicious ramen, consistently. There is a small bar and limited tables so it often gets crowded and the wait is long. This is an authentic Japanese restaurant, so don't expect great service and working restrooms.
