worst customer service and ecommerce system EVER.
Horrible, HORRIBLE ecommerce experience and customer service.
I needed to place an order for clothing for my visiting nieces and nephews for an extended stay with me. The ecommerce site continually lost items in my shopping cart (it would display "35 items" when there were 100) and failed to complete the checkout process multiple times. I was finally successful in placing a $700 order with over 100 items, only to have it canceled the day before I expected to receive it! I contacted customer service, who were NO HELP whatsoever, had no authority to investigate or resolve the problem.
Not doing business with this company again.
