I purchased laser hair removal package from Groupon. It was a great deal. Reviews of the place were split between very happy customers and very unhappy, so I was not sure what to expect. I have to say that I belong to the very happy group, everyone was nice and professional, on time with my appointment and prompt to schedule the follow up.

Great Laser! You can feel the burn and the progress being made. By far the best results I have had for any hair removal services (I believe I've had 5 other places do removal).

The hair is NOT growing back and I recommend laser hair removal for anyone who has an interest in becoming hair free. The staff here is very nice and professional.

Best doctor in the bay area!! Dr. Melnick has an amazing technique for Botox. It is so perfectly done that you won't even believe it you have not experienced it. I have tried other places, however have not seen the results like this before. I have been going to this clinic for a few years and do not want to go anywhere else ever. Dr. Melnick, Sharon & Nisha all three are the best professional combination for any clinic's success. Sharon is extremely helpful, always! I am impressed by the excellent service if this clinic. I have had a great experience and I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Work. I have been to several offices for botox and have never been more satisfied than I am with Dr. Melnick & his staff. I am very comfortable and trust what the doctor says and does. Big hugs to all. Dr. Melnick and his staff are truly wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home. They took any fears and concerns I initially had away from my first consultation with Sharon. Everyone I encountered went above and beyond and I am very appreciative. Big hugs to all!
