“My computer completely "freaked out." I called ClickAway right away. Moss answered the phone. I brought my desktop down right away. I am so lucky Moss answered my phone call; he was amazing. He went way above and beyond to help me. He saved my data, backed up my computer and even had the patience to try to teach me how to back up my computer -- dang there are a lot of steps. The bill was much less than I thought would be. I was really happily surprised. ?Any time I need help with my computer I will call ClickAway and I will ask for Moss!!?I have a new hero. :-)”

I was referred to ClickAway by another company in San Jose when I needed warranty repairs done on my Lenovo laptop. I was very impressed by the attentiveness and knowledge of the service representatives, and even more impressed by the speed at which my repair was completed. I stopped by yesterday afternoon to have the part ordered, it showed up this morning, I took my laptop in, and within an hour, they had it ready for me to pick up. I was really happy with the quality of work and service.??Their office is also pretty inviting. Individual tables make you feel more important than the other companies that have troughs set up for you. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

My PC failed the day before I planned to transfer the data from XP to a new computer running Windows 7. A friend had used the services of ClickAway in Sunnyvale several times and always had a good experience. I live in Los Gatos so I took my computer to the Campbell office. Unfortunately, my backup process was not operating correctly so the data on the backup disk was not current. ??Borhan recoved all the data and set up my new computer with the Windows 7 data. In addition to recovering files, photos, and email, he also recovered the data on my Palm Desktop application and Quicken. After my new computer was setup, Borhan helped me set up internal, external, and remote backups. He is very knowledgeable and was very generous with his time in explaining things to me. I highly recommend ClickAway and Borhan.

BBB A Rated Computer Repair - Now I know why!. Want someone who can handle all your computer and cell phone issues? Go here. They are licensed, bonded and insured so I was confident in giving them my laptop. Then, I broke my cell phone screen twice, and they fixed it too while I waited.
