The dentist I was looking for!. I have been to those dental offices where they see a patient every 10-15 minutes, no one tells me what was going on, which made me feel like I was in an assembly line. This office is nothing like that. Dr. Lu takes her time explaining and doing my treatments, she and her assistants always make sure I feel comfortable. Their services are definitely exceptional. Great Dentist & Staff!. The Dentist is very kind and understanding. She lets you know what treatment needs to be done and steps on doing so. She cares for patients as parents care for their child. Their health is the most important thing. The staff welcomes you with smiles and talk to you like you've been a patient for years! If your afraid of going to the dentist, this is the righht place to go. There is a home-like feel to the office when you walk in, plenty of tv's to watch movies in each operatories, and you dont get a nervous stomach when you walk in like other dental offices. She offers a free consultation to check out the offfice, staff and to ask the Dr any questions.

One more thing, When you have a scheduled appointment, she will see you at that time. I didn't wait for more than 5 minutes. Thats what I love the most. The office gives each patient enough time so the staff is not trying to kick one patient out while a new one comes in.

I am never afraid anymore, amazing!. I have been afraid of and avoid going to the dentist all my life, until one of my wisdom teeth was hurting so bad that's been keeping me awake at night. I decided to go to Dr. Lu after I read the nice reviews at Citysearch, still very worried at first. After I sat in the chair, she was so patient and friendly that I felt "safe".

She numbed me up with very little discomfort (I have VERY low pain threshhold), most amazingly, she took out my wisdom tooth in a few seconds, I did not feel anything, in fact, I did not even know the tooth was out until she told me. I was literally sitting in the chair with my jaw dropped and eyes wide open when she told me it was done. I thought she was joking. If I knew it is going to be this easy, I would not have make myself suffer all this time....

I am so relieved that I am not in pain anymore, I am most happy that I am not afraid of going to the dentist anymore, I can 't describe how thankful I am. For those of you who have the same phobia, this is definitely the place to go!…
