Strange decor and mediocre food. Montague's Cafe is located in the Biltmore Hotel, which I guess should have tipped me off that it wouldn't be spectacular. At night Montague's Cafe closes and the Hops Bar and Grill cafe serves the food next door. The lighting inside is terrible, which extremely bright flourescent spot lighting and way too many mirrors shining the bright lights in your eyes from every direction. The strange greenish color of the decor and and asymmetrical design of the bar detracts does little to provide positive ambiance. The food itself is okay, but mostly bland and flavorless. The service was good, very quick and too the point, but polite.
