Authentic Food and Great Service. The Red Pepper has been serving the Palo Alto community for over 39 years. The food is great and the plates are big. The chips and salsa are the best I've ever tried, forget all the other ones out there. My favorite plates are the Enchilada Mazatlan, Tropical (red snapper) and the enchiladas. The beers are icy cold from Coronas to Negra Modelos to Pacificos, XX, Bohemia,Carta Blanca, Tecate,Bud Light, and many others. The staff is friendly and prompt, they always greet you with a smile and treat you like family.

Good Mexican Eats!. Very authenic mexican meals, with a lot of seafood plates. Tortilla chips are served warm, and probably made on site. Have been going to one of their restaurants for more than twenty years, great mexican atmosphere, food always severed hot, service always good. Best salsa I have ever had, hot but not too hot. I wish they would bottle it, I'd sell it on ebay. My favorite are the cheese enchaladas, rice and beans. Very good choice of Mexican beers, served ice cold. Great with the never ending chips and salsa. Service has always been prompt and friendly.
