Will always use them. i was very pleased with the service i have received.my furnace went out on sunday.i did not know if anyone could help me on sunday after 9pm.i called the furnace company and i couldnt belive someone answered.i talked with a gentleman who was very helpfull.he promised some one would come to my house in one hour.when they showed up in 30 min i was shocked.they found the problem and fixed it rite away during the same visit.these guys are professional and have a great service.I would highly recomend the furnace company..…
GREAT SERVICE!!!!. Called on Thanksgiving because my heater was not working, not expecting anyone to answer or come out on a holiday, Apollo was out at my house within an hour. Not only was he able to find the problem quickly he had the part he needed to fix my heater, on his truck. He also gave me a 3 year warrenty. I will always use The Furnace Co for any problems with my heater or AC. Great service!…
Poor phone response indicates poor service. I phoned the 24-hour emergency service number on a Sunday night to inquire about my Day & Night furnace, which had stopped working. The gentleman I spoke to was not interested in providing any information about his company, what his rates were, what might be the problem with my furnace or what services he could provide. Before I could ask any questions, he hung up on me. I thought we had simply lost our connection so I phoned the number again. The same guy answered again ... and then hung up on me again before I could ask any questions about rates or service. I would not recommend this company. Period.…
