Poor phone response indicates poor service

I phoned the 24-hour emergency service number on a Sunday night to inquire about my Day & Night furnace, which had stopped working. The gentleman I spoke to was not interested in providing any information about his company, what his rates were, what might be the problem with my furnace or what services he could provide. Before I could ask any questions, he hung up on me. I thought we had simply lost our connection so I phoned the number again. The same guy answered again ... and then hung up on me again before I could ask any questions about rates or service. I would not recommend this company. Period.
