went there to see some gold necklaces, they have a decent collection with good prices, good service also, I went there after some time to buy some gold coins, and received the same good service

Pathetic customer service.
I bought two Canadian maple coins from here. Paid the deposit on day 1 since they did not have the coins, and went to collect the coins on day 2. The price of gold had gone up the 2nd day, and they were very hesitant to give the coins. In fact, the store proprietor took cash, and was hesitant to even return the $5 change that he owed me.
On top of that he got mad when I asked him to weigh the coins. The crazy guy even got mad when I mentioned that the customer service is poor.
Moreover his wife was asking him to charge extra based on today's price.
Dont shop here!

HORRIBLE Customer service...
They do not care for the customers.. There are so many others so try to get your items from others than facing such rude people in this shop. They have an attitude which nobody can tolerate..
Pathetic service. Avoid if you can.
