Giovanna's Fine Jewelry made me so happy!. After having such a amazing experience at Giovanna's Fine Jewelry I decided to write a review of the store. I saw the comment previous to mine and I had a very hard time believing it.

I purchased my own Rolex from Giovanna two years ago and I've gone back to add diamond face and bezel, since. I couldn't be happier with mine! I've always wanted one and Giovanna made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was professional, informative and gave me a great deal.

Not only did I get the Rolex of my dreams but she made it so easy to get things that I wanted from my "store wishlist". My diamond bracelet, past/present/future ring. Shopping made easy at Giovanna's. Currently, she's helping me design the blue topaz pendant I'm wearing for my wedding day!

I'd be very skeptical of reviews like the gentleman before me. I had a super experience! I won't shop anywhere else but Giovanna's.

Be extra careful!!!. I've brought my antique rolex in for service. Store said will restore my watch at cost when I purchased their diamonds. It's been almost 2 years and I still haven't received my watch back. Be careful dealing with store and their sweet talk. We are taking the store to court.
