terrible food, hair and particles in food and waaay too many staff doing nothing.. If I owned this place the first thing i would do is lay off half the people. 8pm on a sat nite and you have 20 staff there and obviously no management. no one is supervising. the staff is standing around gawking at you. then i get my food with a huge piece of i couldnt even say, maybe wood and my friend gets her food with hair in it. no apology except one and we were out the door. terrible place to eat and terrible service. I would NEVER recommend it and I would think twice if i owned it. i give it a year and the doors will most likely be closed.

A bite to eat while at the mall.. The Palo Alto Creamery is located at the Stanford Shopping Center and offers indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend sitting outside so you can enjoy the beautiful planted flowers. One of the great things about this place is the large selection of milkshakes to select from. There are the standard flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, but also more unique flavors such as heath bar. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a coffee milkshake. It wasn't the best burger that I've ever had, but it was good. It?s worth noting that the hamburger buns are made onsite and were light and fluffy. The service was prompt and attentive. If you are at the mall and looking for a bite to eat, the Palo Alto Creamery is a good place to dine at.
