Good Salon BUT!!!.
First this salon is high on prices and Gilroy is not Hollywood to start but a friend referred me and ok a little to much money to put out when I 've gotten the same results elsewhere in Gilroy but the place closer to home and since I have my hair done 3x's a year not a big problem with the extra cash but............thats not it...
Yes, this salon is a very nice and I have enjoyed the service but they have a phone problem!!!
Not good when you call and the answering machine picks up and this goes on and on and on day after day!
Fix it!!! This is a business and when clients call (we) want to speak to a person not the machine, you are losing business and even if your girls are entered into an bridal hair event you still need to be opened and answer your phone!!!! Hope they do good but please fix your PHONE PROBLEM!!
Ok I called last week and only machine would pick up.
So called this week again for two days and NO answer!
So I've decided to go elsewhere because after trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks now and no answer as usually.
There are other really good salons in Gilroy to go to, like this one " Robert Raymond " and no problem with an apppointment.
All salons that have answering machine, these machines are only good for after hours, holidays and emergencys only. If your open answer your phone and get a receptionist so you don't lose business!!!!!
NOT SORRY BUT YOUR LOST!!!!
