Terrific cuts, highlights, and perms. Reasonable prices..
I've had Arlene cut my hair for 21 years. I followed her to Diva's 7 years ago. She is great at cuts, highlights, and perms. My hair is baby fine so it takes someone with real skill to master handling it. Many of her clients (with different hair types) have also followed her and been devoted to her for over 20 years so she must be doing many things well not just fine hair.
This is not a snooty, upscale salon. Rather it is for the rest of us who want good service at a reasonable price. Arlene is caring and friendly. She is usually pretty busy, so make an appointment as far ahead as you can.
