Great Place for Basics. A&F is a great place to get body-concious, classic casual pieces. With the exception of the Ezra Fitch line, prices are reasonable (denim starts at around $70). As many know, A&F needs to improve on customer service. Sales people are often unhelpful and never thank you after you make a purchase. Several times, they've left the security tags on my bags, triggering the alarm after I left the store, and not apologizing after they discovered their mistake. I try to only shop at their online store now, if at all.…
