Abercrombie's styles for young men and women run the gamut, from preppy polo shirts and demure cable-knit sweaters to pre-destroyed denim and micro miniskirts. Soft cotton T-shirts emblazoned with clever or suggestive slogans are a staple, along with a full assortment of jeans and active wear. Fashion accessories include seasonal items like scarves and mittens, various hats and caps, bags and purses, belts, and men's and women's fragrance.

Great Place for Basics. A&F is a great place to get body-concious, classic casual pieces. With the exception of the Ezra Fitch line, prices are reasonable (denim starts at around $70). As many know, A&F needs to improve on customer service. Sales people are often unhelpful and never thank you after you make a purchase. Several times, they've left the security tags on my bags, triggering the alarm after I left the store, and not apologizing after they discovered their mistake. I try to only shop at their online store now, if at all.
