question for francisco g. how to you put 25,000 miles on a car in three days???? you wrote everything down???you sure you werent pulling the old "smoke off the the crak pipe before going to the dealership routine"?how do you hold someone else responsible for your own mastake!!give these guys a break and they have great customer service i just bought my car!!! and while it was only me and my wife we got good service.(never take your kids to buy a car)..lol....your not the obviously not the brightest star in the sky!!!people now adays can find the value of a car with just a click of a button and compare prices even get a carfax report!every one is entitled to ther opinion but these guys are alright in my book!!
No problems. I personally have had no problems with them... the people there are really nice... I bought a car from them and they actually offered me a good deal with %0 interest for a hole year if I pay the car off with in a year... My husband and I thought it was a GREAT deal so we took the offer =)
One of The Worst.... This is by far the worse dealership that I have ever been too. There are many reasons for this but I would just like to bring up a few, starting off with how the employees are very two faced about your business, if you are a legidiment family buying a used car from them they treat you like royalty knowing that you have the money to buy from this. But if you are like everybody else these scums treat you as if you have no money and are not serious about buying the car. Along with this they withhold important information about the car unless they see cash and pretty much lie to you unless you are actually going to buy the car. I was going to purchase a car from them today and when I went to purchase the car, the odometer was about 25k miles more than when I test drove it only 3 days before!! I do not know how this occurred and I wrote down everything but yeah they acted as if nothing was wrong but looked worried since I was calling them out on this stupid excuse of doing business. Another thing that really bugged not only me but 2 of my friends is how rude they are giving you excuses and treating you as if you do not matter to them, and I know I am buying the car or not so it is not a trip for them, but they take it a step further acting as if your business can come from some where else and this reflects in the overall visit to their location. One last thing pertains to the negotiations, people might think they are getting a deal here but what they are really paying for is not really a deal. The price mark up is so great and raised that they give you a blown out of proportion number and work down from that thinking you are saving money when really you are not saving money at all. Their cars are about 2-4 thousand dollars more than the price in the bluebook so you really work down one thousand dollars at the most, thinking you are getting a deal when really you work down to a price which is 2 to 3 thousand more than the official bluebook pricing. Overall bad location
