WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. This use to be one of my favorite sushi places, but after tonight's service, I will never eat at Sato Sushi again. The CUSTUMER SERVICE was HORRIBLE. The people there were VERY RUDE.!!!!

great enviorment. Tried about everything on the menu all of it is great. South san jose roll it's must. Prices are average, service is good.

VERY Good Sushi. The fish here is very fresh - I have never had any problems. One unique thing about SATO is they have a "Sushi Train" - as opposed to the boats at most places. There is a very large sushi bar if you like that and plenty of booths and tables if you want to relax a bit. The place is clean (which to me is very important for a sushi place) and the service is awesome. The waitresses are so nice and helpful and the place is very child friendly too! If you go, be prepared to listen to either the Bee Gees or Country Music (which could explain why one chef always wears a red cowboy hat). Great food for the money, large portions, trains and cowbowy sushi chefs . . . what more could you ask for?
