friendly and professional. Donald is my new favorite person in the Bay. Seriously. I had a horrible week at work, I've been packing to move and I just started CrossFit this month. He had his work cut out for him.I got the 75 minute therapeutic massage and I wish I got the 90 minute one because he was so good. Donald is friendly and professional and has been doing this for many years. I've seen my share of CMTs and most of them never know what to do with all the knots I have. Donald told me how to breathe slow and deep and worked out every little muscle I had. When he got to the back of my knee (a surprising spot) I was out. At one point I'm pretty sure I snorted and then snapped out of my deep trance. I was a little embarrassed but I hope he took that as a compliment! I am definitely going back to see my new favorite person!

AMAZING facials. This is a review of Mira, an aesthetician at La Belle Town and Country who gives AMAZING facials. She is very thorough and really knows her stuff. She does extraction by hand and while my skin is red when I leave, it fades by the end of the day. She knows what products to use, and has not pushed me to buy lots of expensive stuff.



I have struggled with acne for my whole life. I have always been left disappointed by aestheticians in the past, but Mira is really great.
