Best meatloaf ever, awesome brownie dessert, great customer service. I love Black Bear Diner! Discovered it in Willows and am thrilled there is one close to home. They have the best home cookin meals around and really generous portions. Try to save room for dessert as they have some choice selections. This location is extremely busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but the weekdays there's hardly a wait at all. By far the meatloaf is my favorite dish, but pretty much everything they serve will bring a smile to your face.
