Over rated. I wish I could say that it was a great place to go to cause its close to home, but I can't. The food is just ok and the price is a bit high for what you get. I ate a chicken stir fry and it was good but full of vegetables and little chicken. I think my husband counted 4 pc's of small bite sizes of chicken in the dish for almost 20.00. My son thinks the child's menu is really weak with selection. It's a great place to have a drink and the bar is open and welcoming. So, if you want a place to go as a couple and have a drink then this is a good place. If food is on the thing to do then I'd pass it up and go next door to Hawgs seafood.

My first visit was a pleasure. A friend and I decided to try Capers for the first time for lunch on a weekday. Parking was easy and we were seated immediately, as it was not crowded at 1:00 p.m.

The menu was a little pricier than I usually spend for lunch, particularly for the meat and seafood items (<$20 range). However, we both had sandwiches which are a bit less. The bill was $30 plus tip for the two of us for sandwiches and sodas. The food was delicious, but the portions are not big, so if you have a healthy appetite you'll probably need an appetizer as well.

The service was wonderful, friendly and very attentive. One minor gripe is the single bathroom stall, as I waited for nearly 10 minutes in the hall after lunch, since someone was in there taking their time.

Are you kidding?. We made a reservation a week ago for 7PM for two and changed it to 6PM on a busy night (to avoid the busy...) and got seated at a bar table instead of a dining table. Umm... They wouldn't change anything on the menu and $22 for a handfull of shrimp over pasta? The waitress was very attentive and charming but in the end we just didn't feel that Capers food was special and we sure didn't feel special... : (

Best in Campbell. I live in Campbell and this jewel of a restaurant and local hangout is a total joy. The atmosphere is like Cheers but with a superb dining experience. The owner and manager let you know from the time you arrive that you are like part of their family. The wait staff really enjoy paying attention to you it shows in the attention to detail. The menu has such a variety of items that it will thrill kids and even the most sofisicated palates.

Sports Bar With Class. I live five minutes drive from Capers and didn't realize this gem existed. Now it's my favorite restaurant and bar.

The owner, waitstaff and busboys all treat me like a welcome guest. I love to take friends here.

Super Capers. By far the classiest,best food,cheers atmosphere.

The owner is always on site and treats you like a friend.
