WRONG

My stylist was Mary. She did not greet me with a smile. I had a consultation during which she used a lot of "We had agreed on...) phrasing which I thought was unfriendly, but since she seemed to know what she was doing, I proceeded with the haircut. She washed my hair with a lot of force. When she finished she didn't lower the leg support, so I had to jump out a little. She was irritated by that (Whose fault was that?) As she was about to cut my hair, another client walked in to have a consultation with her--it turned out that I had been scheduled to have a consultation almost at the same time as another client. She told the other client to talk to her while she cut my hair. It got worse and worse. I had never seen anyone who cut hair with such a bad mood. She cut my hair very quickly and roughly. The whole "cut" was over in less than 10 minutes. She had cut my hair a lot shorter (chin length) than what was "agreed on" (middle of the neck). I did speak up during the cut, but she insisted on being correct.

After the cut, she proudly announced $55 for my cut and left. Wow.....

The owner is actually a nice woman who tries her best to make the customers happy. If you are looking for great haircut and customer service, I would not recommend this renter at all.

Great Massage!

I had a massage with Karina, which was unlike any other massage I've ever had. She explained to me her technique which is called "trigger point" therapy. This relaxes tense muscles. Since her massage, I've had reduced pain in my neck and shoulders. I've had better results than with a chiropractor. The Spa is nice and I recommend it if you're looking for a great massage

Just Great!

I just loved the salon. I've lived here for a long time now, and never been to a spa in cupertino. Lily salon was the one to come up first in all the searches, and I can tell you it is number one! I got a whole body scrub and a facial. The body scrub was done in a vichy shower room, they remove all the dead skin cells and it filla great laying under warm showers. Facial was done also amazing. Nice and gentle touch, very nice masks i must say. Loved the experience!

Excellent Salon and Spa

I just moved in the area from Florida, and was looking for a good salon and spa, coming across the reviews for lily salon and day spa, i decided to try it. I made an appointment for a haircut and to relax a little bit i booked a massage also. When i came in i was greeted and was given tea with some cookies, which i think was a nice touch. A hairstylist, oh i forgot her name, greeted me and prior to doing anything she talked to me about what i want, and what i don't want and gave me some advice. I really liked that. The hair turned out to be great! I had massage with Adi?, she was wonderful. She has such a nice and gentle touch, that you melt under her hands. I even fell asleep because i was so relaxed. I really enjoyed my time there, i am a regular client now=)

very NICE!

personally loved it, i got a facial and mani &pedi. The facial was great i got a clarifying facial with Nally, i believe her name was. She gave me a nice robe i could change into and asked me to lay down under the blanket, oh so comfy! I was impressed on how gentle she was and told me everything i needed to keep my skin looking healthy.

After that i went for my mani and pedi and i was not dissapointed at all. The lady was very nice and funny and kept me entartained they did a very nice job on filing my nails to a shape i wanted and did a nice job painting them too. All the instruments were pulled out of a sanitizer box and the desk itself was very clean and that is what made me sure about this place.

I loved that place and reccomend it to everybody!
