Pretty cool. A friend of a friend was spinning at Johnny V's recently and it was my first time there. It was pretty fun, the bartenders were on point and the crowd was chill.

The first round of drinks was bought by one of my friends girlfriend, so we got these girly "Hello Kitty" shots made with vodka and some green stuff called Ty Ku. They were actually good though, and interesting cause the bartender was pouring from a bright green bottle that would light up when she poured.

I don't go out much, but Johnny V's was pretty cool, and I'd go again if I knew the person spinning or something.

FUN PLACE TO BE JOHNNY V'S. If you have'nt been to Johnny V's you are missing a great place with great people. You can get live music any way you want it Rock, Reggae, Hip Hop, and much , much more, and let's not forget the DJ's In this place are awesome, and even during the time of remodeling you are with friendly faces and we are sitting through the dust. I want to tell you personally you must go and check this place and remember to have a good time. And last but not least The BARTENDERS are lovely and very kind and they pour a damn good drink.

Fun little bar. Nice small little club. It has a dive bar atmosphere, and is very intimate for live performances. go check it out!

A casual, no-frills DJ bar with two floors to suit both laid-back pub folk and younger, Saturday-night revelers.. The Scene
Sandwiched between a liquor store and low-rent office space on downtown's high-trafficked Santa Clara Street, you'll know the bar by the beat-up vans of aspiring mix masters that pull up front around 11pm. Downstairs feels like a regular corner pub, with dim lighting and a small, narrow bar area. Upstairs, where the DJs spin, there's another small bar and a diner-style booth for those who want to chat, but the layout and minimal decor is made for dancing.

The Draw
Younger South Bay residents are drawn here by specials like two-for-one kamikazes (always) and a scene that supports local aspiring turntablists. The modest space can be a refreshing alternative to flashy, in-your-face nightclubs, with DJs spinning anything from funk and soul to progressive house on Friday and Saturday nights. Downstairs, the bar's relaxed atmosphere can be a soothing experience on a weekday, with tunes tailored for the occasion.

fun. Johnny V's is very basic and casual. People go here for the music, not the bar itself. There is usually a good crowd on Wednesdays where they play DnB.
