Gabriel is the WORSE Sales Manager !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Gabriel sent some guy on his second day to tell us that the deal we originally were told on the phone was not going to happen. WHATTA A WIMP!!!! We can see you EAT well but you have NO balls to even talk to us. LIE to us and have some other guy do your dirty work. Beshoff get Scott back as the SALES MGR. At least he took care of his customers. I think this guy just eats your profit (literally). I will NEVER lease again. Oh, and DAVID W is so FULL of himself you need another office just to sit in there while getting your car serviced. GO TO ANY other dealership than this one. AWFUL service and dishonest people praying on the weak to roll over on their ridiculous offers.

I have not purchased a car here, but I can tell you that the owner of this dealership and his family are amazing. Every year he organizes an event for the children in our local orphanage called EMQ. Yes, fellow Americans, we do have an shelter/orphanage in our city limits more formerly known as Elizabeth Ming Quong.
Mr. Beshoff rallys local sports heros and other corporate raiders that are always happy to participate and motivate their village to contribute.
We know Mercedes is a great car. More importantly this is a great dealership. He is part of our village. I thank him for that. When it comes time to purchase a vehicle, this is where I will land.

Wrote the contract, took the car and couple days later call you and ask you back for another contract for the declined car loan and just want more money...Credit point 850 and not approved? They just want to have more downpayment.....And void the first contract as they wish..
I asked around and find out they do business this way....Bad........
Very poor Customer Service - quoted for non-required repair work - beware!. Very poor customer service, lack of loaner cars, long wait times. Estimate to fix seat belt $600 (i.e. new assembly). Seat belt was freed and tested without replacement by another repair facility. Will not go back again.
