best food ( but not friendly people). the prolific produces the best dessert and I do like the one on e. palo alto its wonderful but the one in rivermark plaza in santa clara thay have sch unfriendly waitress by the way i went and 2 waiytresses named samy and erika they are horible so I recomend to go to the one on palo alto.

Good food and good patrons. Prolific is best known for its desserts. Do yourself a favor by visiting the Palo Alto location for a pleasant experience. The Rivermark location produces less appetizing food and unfriendly service. Also, I don?t understand why the Rivermark location is adorn with flat-screen TV?s depicting food???

Pretty good. Surprised by selection, good hot chocolate. Eclairs are enormous and very tasty. I would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Excellent Cafe!. My choice spot for studying and relaxing. Their hot chocolate is one of a kind and is truly delightful. The free wireless internet rates this cafe over the top!

Good Food/Deserts but service needs work. Great place for those on the go. Place offers fantastic desserts (I recommend the Cannolis), and solid sandwiches. Some of the sandwiches are a bit greasy, but a couple thick napkins to blot it with will help. Service though is a lacking whenever you phone in a order to go. Whether its a piece of bread missing, or when they decide to put hot pasta with a cold dessert in the same bag, a bit of improvement in the hospitality category would go a long way to make this place a top choice for lunch. Breakfast isn't half bad either, try the sausage or the ham with a combo
