The Best Togo's in the Bay Area. Togo's is known for its good sandwiches, fresh ingredients and excellent service. But the Togo's in the Prunyard goes beyond what you may expect. Because of its location in a desirable area, the staff tries to live up to peoples high expectations while providing excellent service.

This is one of the best Togo's to eat at for lunch; especially on a nice day. Overall I would go out of my way just to eat at this Togo's if possible.

The first Togo's opened in 1968 near California's San Jose State University, serving simple, sizeable sandwiches. Today, the same freshly prepared subs are ordered at the counter where diners choose their bread and toppings. Cold options include the signature avocado and turkey with all-white breast meat, and the Italian--salami, capicolla, mortadella, provolone and cotto. Popular hot subs include the pastrami, piled high with mustard. Veggie sandwiches, soups and salads round out the menu.
