Great experience all around. I recently went to this spa with my daughter to use a gift certificate. Everyone at the spa was extremely nice and welcoming. I loved that we didn't get any of the aloof attitude that comes with some high-end spas. I had the classic facial, my daughter had a massage and we both had manicures. We enjoyed all of our treatments very much. While recommendations were made for products to purchase, there was no pressure whatsoever (I didn't end up buying any of them). We were able to use the hotel pool, which was lovely and a relaxing end to a wonderful day.

Serene calming and worth it!. I had the stress relief massage and it was amazing! Great Service Beautiful Spa! I highly recommend it!

I can't imagine life without my monthly visit. My husband and I have been treating ourselves to a monthly visit to Preston Wynne for about seven years, since we moved from Kansas City. I'm a huge fan of the Cranberry facials (Rochelle is amazing!) and my husband is hooked on their deep tissue massages. I love the atmosphere there. It's luxurious but not foofy...my husband even likes it. Being from the midwest I like the down to earth service and friendliness. And lately the new relaxation room and manicure bar. I wish I could stay for about a week!

Highly Recommend!. I frequent this spa whenever possible. The therapists I've had are very knowledgable

and professional. All of the staff, even the concierge, are friendly and treat their guests with the respect they deserve, and then some. I'd recommend this spa to everyone.

The hotel setting is wonderful, and sets the tone for the spa - relaxing and allows you to escape and enjoy the treatments.

Hard Sell City. I have never been able to leave Preston Wynne without having $200+ worth of product shoved down my throat. The treatments are wonderful but it ruins my mood as I walk out the door. They really need to ease up.
