Mojo Burger

Fresh and fast casual dining at Mojo Burger

  • Angus Beef & Natural Chicken
  • Flat Screen TVs
  • Kid's Seating Area

Some say it's the incredible smell of charbroiling meat that attracts them. Others claim it's the big smiles and aloha they get from the staff. Other folks cite things like the fresh-cut fries or wonderfully golden onion rings. And some say it's something they can't quite put their finger on.

There is one factor, however, that every Mojo Burger customer seems to agree on that there is nothing else on this planet like a Mojo Burger. For flavor, taste, texture and freshness, these people of differing ages, races and backgrounds all covet the unmatched experience of eating the finest hamburger you'll find anywhere. No matter who you are or where you're from, be you carnivore or vegetarian, you'll always remember your first time at Mojo Burger and that's why you'll be coming back again and again.

Editorial Review for Mojo Burger – by Allison Mistica

In Short
Different from usual fast-food establishments, this local favorite serves its burgers in a bright, casual setting. Kitschy decor--including bamboo accents, '30s Hawaiian art and a vibrant, yellow surfboard--and the staff's bold Hawaiian shirts distinguish Mojo's from the mainstream. Try the regular cheeseburger or the pineapple Mojo Burger. The menu also features sandwiches, salads, and sides, including macaroni and cheese and PB&Js.

As a Celiac, there are few restaurants where I can get a burger and fries that not only taste good, but won't make me sick. I've been eating there for the last year, usually without my kids, or at least not all of them and its always been a good experience. After tonight I'll never go back. The place is set up to be "kid friendly" with kid sized tables and a TV in the wall showing cartoons. Tonight my husband and I took all three kids (5 and under) and as we got our food, the owner asked to not bring my kids again. Were they angels? No. Were they being normal kids hungry and excited about eating out? Yes. Were they listening to instructions from us? Mostly...they are small kids. This is a burger place, not The French Laundry. It was insulting and unrealistic expectations on the owners part. And he has lost my business.

Pros: Really good, gluten free food

Cons: Anti-kid owners

I have eaten at Mojos a couple times, and all times have been an unhappy experience. I will never eat at Mojos again. I am very dissatisfied with the employees and the Mojo product. Burgers are very rare when asked for well done. Fries are burnt and dry. Sand dollars are burnt and dark brown. The employees cooking our food were laughing and goofing around. I was disgusted to see the employees slapping each other and being loud while making my food. We came to Mojos because of all the awards won but can honestly not understand why. The food and service has not been award winning. Don't waste your time! You can get just as good burger at Carl's Jr and pay half the price!

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything! Charge a lot for horrible food!
