Worst shopping experience ever.. I order a custom poker set for $100, a week later I call them to find out they haven't ordered it yet. On 10/23/07 my credit card finally gets charged. 11/26/07 they call me telling me it's arrived. This is after weeks of calling and getting absolutely no information from these people, (distributor error they called it). So I go to the store, it's not there. Turns out it was never on the shipping order (this is the 3rd time) because they made a verbal request that never got processed. At this point they're offering me cheap plastic chip holders to placate me for 6 weeks of waiting on this thing. They send me home with a $15 card guard and a $2 cigar. The next day I get a call, turns out they can't order the particular poker set because it was recalled weeks ago.

So I said screw it, gimme a refund. THEY MAKE ME COME BACK TO THE STORE TO GET IT. And once i'm there THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY UNTIL I RETURN THE $15 coin guard. WTF. These are their exact words: it was a "GIFT" given in "GOOD FAITH FOR MY CONTINUED BUSINESS", which apparently wasn't a gift at all since they literally held my cash hostage until I gave it back. SERIOUS. You think they could have mentioned it in the phone call EARLIER THAT DAY WHEN THEY TOLD ME ALL RETURNS HAD TO BE DONE IN PERSON AT THE STORE. Not only that the clerk has the audacity to LIE to me saying I only waited '4 weeks', I have credit card statements pal, the charges appear 5 weeks ago, not to mention the 2 week delay between the first order and the correction THAT NEVER GOT PROCESSED.

IT GETS BETTER. Instead of fighting it, I go home, get it, guess what. Turns out there's a $10 'shipping fee' "What shipping fee," I ask, "You guys never shipped anything." Silence.

Will this happen to you if you shop here? Not likely, but these guys are jerks and their products are crappy. A little bit of research online, you can get everything there cheaper.

Seriously, never shop here ever.
