What is there to say but that W's salon is in a League to be compared with the TOP Professional in the Beauty Biz! With the expansion of the salon(which is a Good sign that they are doing something right!), I know that they have already been recognized with some of the TOP Designers and Fashion Industry professionals Nationally and Internationally. Way to go William, you and YOUR Staff deserve a high Review in my book! You Guys ROCK! You can only get better from here! Question: "Now why would some of the TOP Modeling Agencies send their models to them to update and Style their looks for the Fashion Industry?" I rest my case! "TWO BIG Thumbs UP for you guys! "We should be Proud to have such a Professional Salon in the Bay Area."
Pros: To be Compared to the Posh Salons in LA and SF. Love the Special Service you get during the hair prepped before the Style Cut.
Cons: Space. But not for Long!

I read the reviews and decided to try it. It is small, with seating for 3 inside and a bench outside, but it is Santana Row and the rent is expensive. The service was good and they do carry a great selection of Kerastase and Bumble & Bumble. The manager, Alan, I believe, was not very attentive, but my stylist seemed to know what she was doing, if a little chatty with the other stylists. It is a little distracting to have someone working on you carrying on a conversation with someone else. The cut was fine and the color appeared ok, but one of the reviews mentioned fading as a problem. It was! The color fades out so quickly that you really don't get to enjoy the color. Maybe, it's to keep you coming back frequently. The salon's own little water bottles are a nice touch. I probably wouldn't go back because of the fading and the salon is expensive to patronize frequently. A curious thing I did notice when I read the reviews is that every time there's a negative review a positive one seems to be posted within a few days. Hmm? I wonder if someone at the salon keeps track of the comments and posts a positive review whenever there's a bad one. We'll see how quickly a positive review follows this one.
Pros: Products, nice touches of personalizaton.
Cons: Color fading and price.
