Great Movers ASAP Relocations - Excellent Job - The Best... These guys did my move a few years ago and they were amazing. I thought they were inexpensive compared to what most moving companies charge. And, even better, what really stood out was that they treated my belongings with the same care and respect that one would have for their own things. They were fast and nothing was scratched, damaged or lost. They were also nice guys to work with. I would definitely use them again if I needed to and I recommend them to everyone!

RIP OFF

Save yourselves a load of trouble and look these guys up at the better business b web site.

Our issues:

(1) Damaged items

(2) No response after multiple phone calls

(3) Late

(4) Missing Items

(5) Left a massive mess behind them

Absolutely Horrible

The customer service was ridiculous. They charged me over $500 for tape, bubble wrap, and 8 cardboard boxes. When I complained, the manager said they were overpriced and they were making a huge profit (i know, how often do they admit that?) but would do absolutely nothing to reduce the price. She got irritated as the conversation progressed. All this after calling their office every day for a week only to find out that my items had not even been loaded onto a truck to begin being transported. I have been sleeping on a sleeping bag for far too long, and will likely have to pay almost double their estimate to get my furniture back. I would advise anyone thinking about this company to immediately move to a different option. I will never use them again, and they have soured me to moving companies in general.

• Cons: Will charge an arm and a leg once they have your items

My Moving Experience

I called A.S.A.P. Relocations to inquire about moving services. I spoke with one of their reps, Shannon and she provided me with detailed list of how much they charge for a move. The prices were very reasonable compared to the other companies i previously called. Shannon was very helpful in informing me of crucial informations regarding moving. She was never pushy of getting my service but was very patient with me. I finally decided to use their services and booked to schedule a move with them. The day before the actual move, i recieved a courtesy call from their office to verify my move which i thought was very courteous. And on the day of the move the guys came ontime and was ready to haul my things in their truck. They moved fast and was very strong carrying two to three boxes at a time. They blanketed my furnitures and put special protections on all my things that were glass. After loading the truck they followed me to the new address. They went straight to work to unload the truck and after they finished unloading the rest of the items in their truck they went and unpacked the furnitures and some of the boxes. All the while they maintianed professionalism and was very courteous at the same time. They never made me feel uncomfortable during the entire move.

Will Use Them Again

Thanks to A.S.A.P. Relocations my move from Santa Barbara to San Jose is finished. They made this moving so easy and painless that i would do it over and over again if i have to. I've had moved in the past and i dont even want to think about it. It was just plain horrible. Now i know who to call if i ever have to relocate again and that would be A.S.A.P.
