Editorial Review by Citysearch Editors. Korean-style barbecue cooked over hickory wood grill. Menu includes barbecue chicken and beef, plus dishes such as udon and tempura.

Owner/manager was extremely rude. We went there for a business lunch. The owner was extremely rude when we asked for extra Kimchi. We were ready to pay extra for it but his rudeness offended my client. I will not bring my business clients ever to his restaurant. The owner also said "This is Palo Alto and we have to charge for extra Kimch or you drive down to Tofu House 15 minutes and not pay for Kimchi".

He lost me as a client forever and I will not refer his restaurants to my clients and friends.

Great place to go if you're hungry!. I love this place. If you feel like spending $15 on a big ole pile of meat and gaining a couple of pounds. This is the place. Good stuff!

Great food & excellent service. This intimate restaurant offers a relaxed & family friendly atmosphere for approchable Korean cusine. Every time I've visited, the service has been exellent. Their specialties are Dol-sot-bop (Bi Bim Bop, vegetable mixed rice that is served in hot stone pot) and BBQ short rib (this is Korean traditional dish and it's very flavorful). The bill is always very reasonable for the food & drinks. Try Korean beer, either OB Lager or Hite. It's very refreshing! I really like this place & would recommend it highly.

This is not Korean food. I don't know about their other dishes, but my experience with their "Soon Tofu" has completely turned me off on this place. Maybe they tailored their cooking to suit the tastes of the general American public, but this was about the worst Korean food that I have ever eaten. I am Korean, and know what I'm talking about. They used the wrong kind of tofu, the broth was watery and flavorless, and it really lacked anything that makes Korean food Korean. Don't waste your money here if you're seeking authentic Korean cuisine. On the other hand, service was friendly and quick. Decor is nothing special, but the place is clean and well lighted.

YUMMY!. Excellent Service - Great tasting eatz and large portions.

Try the Mountain of Meat and Fried Mushrooms (stuffed with sirloin)!

This is a smaller restaurant - so it's best for groups under 10 people.
