Thanks for a good service. I got my brakes serviced at a Denver Big o was visiting family in san jose. Heard my brakes squeek, so stopped by Big O tires they too the wheel off and checked all my brakes, found out that the rear protective plate was bent, fixed at no charge, Thats why I always go to Big O

Verygood Service. Very friendly, helpful staff. Purchased set of tires, they inspected my vehicle and notified me of a small coolant leak, got it fixed and smogged my car, very quick and helpful.

Things have changed. Where is Corky? This place has changed so much. My guess is new owners. So I called ahead because I picked up a nail in a tire I called around 9 am the next morning when they opened asking if they could patch a tire while I wait. I told them I only had an hour for lunch if not id get a ride to drop it off. They said sure no problem so I asked again can I make the appointment for 1pm today they said no problem. So I show up at 1 to just get the tire fixed most of the guys are just standing around so I figured I’d be in good shape. I went in they had no idea I was coming which surprised me seeing as how I called ahead. Anyway the guy took my keys I told him I was waiting and told him about my conversation with the guy that was apparently at lunch and he said no problem. 40 min later after standing there watching the same guys do nothing work related I asked are they going to fix my flat or what. I only have about 15 min. At that point he goes in the shop and tells them to do it. I guess he forgot to do that in the first place. Another 30 minutes go by and I am now late. They finally finish. I look down and imp missing the special valve stem cap I purchased and the guy in very broken English said he couldn’t find it. I told him to give me at least chrome one...Didn't happen. Long story short this shop used to be great. These new guys are pretty unrefined and I really don't think I will be back unless they change some things

Best place for tires and auto service. Very pleasant team and great service, they go out of their way to make it work. Had my car towed in for service, they didn't have my tire that I needed, had to special order, they put on a spare used tire, came back two days later for my tire, will be back for sure.

BEST TIRE SHOP IN TOWN!. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to Big O TIres somewhat skeptical but a friend referred me and I have to say that I was blown away by there knowledge and friendly staff. After doing a little price shopping I was pleasantly surprised by the great price I got for my Prius. Not only were they affordable but they also were able to align and change my oil. The sales manager corky did a fantastic job and I didn't have to wait very long. I will definitely take all my cars back!!!
