Washing machine wizards. I highly recommend this repair company. KV told me over the phone what the various problems could be with my broken washing machine and what it would cost to fix. They came out on a Saturday (the same day I called.) They were in and out like wizards-- found the problem was a worn part, which they showed to me, and then replaced. They charged a reasonable amount. The repair came with a 45 day warranty. It's been working fine past that time.…
Poor Customer Service and inexperienced technicians.
I would highly recommend AGAINST the use of this vendor! Not only was I not provided a written estimate prior to work being performed, the diagnosis was incorrect and the repair performed made
matters worse. After hiring an authorized repair service, they informed me that the prior work would need to be reversed in order to resolve my issues. Within a 1/2 hours time, all issues had been resolved.
