Beautiful Fix on My Jeep. I was in a three car collision and both my rear end and front end of my car were dented. Koss Collision did a great job fixing the bumpers and matching the paint to the original. The owner is exceptionally nice and I felt like I was in good hands. They quoted a four day turn around and I had my Jeep back in three. Hopefully I won't have to but I will always go to Koss.
I am not impressed with their service. I went to this shop because someone cliped my left fender of my Hyundai Elantra 2005, which resulted in some damage to the bracket that holds the tire. They replaced that part and gave me the car back. When we drove out of the parking lot and down the street the car was severly pulling to the left, which is the side of the repair. It would almost make a left turn for me if I let the stearing wheel go. I immediately took the car back to be fixed. Well now it is 2 years later. There is a problem with the left front tire. Every time I reverse while turning, there is a clicking sound in the joint on the side where the repair took place. I am not sure what it is, bad repair, bad part. Either way it is unacceptable.

Absolutely best place to have your car repaired!. My husband and used Koss Collision and would never go anywhere else. My husband had his SL550 rearended on 280 and thought restoring the car was hopeless. Don Koss in record time returned the car, and my husband thought he had a new car again. I was hit while parked at a hospital and needed the car daily. Don went to repair it at Smythe within hours and my car was perfect. My Volvo was in an ancient in July 2008, another car side swiped the passenger door and the rear door plus the fender in the rear and also a portion of the front finder.
I took the car to Koss Collision Center for an Estimate; these people are very courteous and professional and when the car was inspected for the damage they will talk to you and let you know what can be repaired or have to be replaced, you will get a computer generated list of parts that must be replaced and also the parts that can be repaired.
The Estimate will show you the cost of each Part, replaced or repaired. Koss will show you step by step what is going to happen to put your car back to Perfection. Koss will get in touch with your insurance and take care of all the paperwork. Koss will work with your Insurance.
The paint job on it?s own was something to appreciate, Koss did a fantastic job to match the paint on the rest of the car. When Koss remove parts to repair or replace and then replace them back on the car you can see the workmanship and the attention to detail is excellent.
When Koss put a finish on the car it will look better then brand new. I highly recommend Koss Collision Center, they do outstanding work.
THE BEST BODY SHOP IN TOWN. This is without a doubt the BEST SHOP ever! For starters it's probably the cleanest and most welcoming body shop I have ever seen. The first meeting with Don Koss was like meeting the type of gentlemen you only see in movies. I've been to other body shops before and was referred here by the dealership and what a blessing it was. This place is the Nordstrom of body shops in regards to cust. serv. The front office staff was extremely helpful and curtious. they took their time to make sure ALL of my wife's question's were answered and she had a shopping list full of them. I was amazed when I saw the other review blasting the place b/c I've referred a few people here and they all came back with a warm fuzzy feeling just like I did. All businesses could take pointers from Koss Collision when it comes to work ethic, cust. serv. and the overall way to run a business. Take my word for it and you will have no worries when it comes to having your car repaired. I figure any place that had a fleet of high end cars being fixed here they must be doing something right! I brought my Honda in to be repaired and when I got it back there was no indication that it had ever been in an accident. I came to pick it up and there it was parked next to a MB S600 and it looked just as good. And when I had to wait for my ride to pick me the first time the lobby was comfortable and well stocked with different things to read and I was offered a refreshing Coke by Sharon who I later found out was Don's daughter and the fact that it's a family run business was refreshing. So believe me when I say that this is the best place to have your car repaired after an accident.
Best Body Shop In The Southbay. I live in a relatively high crime area and have had my car vandalized on numerous occasions. Luckily, each time, the good folks at Koss Collision have been there to repair the damage promptly and professionally. Following a recommendation from a friend, I took my car in for a broken side mirror. The first thing that struck me was how clean and tidy the body shop was. I guess, based on experience, I had come to the conclusion that all body shops were stained with pools of oil and run by seedy looking characters. This conclusion was completely wrong. I was absolutely blown away walking into Koss Collision, from the leather couches to the large fish tank in the wall of the lobby to the helpful, friendly staff, Koss Collision was the exact opposite of every bad experience I?ve ever had at a body shop. I had the pleasure of speaking to Don and Bob Koss who answered all my questions and addressed a couple of concerns I had. The estimator gave me an accurate quote and I left my vehicle there confident that it was in good hands. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at an honest rate. I was so impressed with the job they did that a couple months later, when some local neighborhood hooligan scuffed up my paint job, I knew exactly where to go to have it fixed. Once again, I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was and the quality of the workmanship. It?s nice to know in this age of faceless megacorporations that there are still a few quality family businesses run with integrity and pride. Highly recommended.
KOSS COLLISION IS THE WORST BODY SHOP IN THE BAY AREA!!!!!!!. When my Mercedes was involved in an accident I called my dealership and they told me that they did not have a body shop but that they recommended KOSS COLLISION for all of their body work. I called KOSS COLLISION and they had the vehicle towed to their body shop and that was when the nightmare began. It took KOSS COLLISION three months to repair my Mercedes, that's right folks that wasn't a typo.......three stinking months! The customer service at this body shop, or rather lack of customer service was atrocious. They never called me to give me an update on my car, I always had to call them and when I complained as to why someone wouldn't call me to update me on the staus of my car they were completely indifferent, it's as if they didn't even care. There was always one reason or another why my car wasn't going to be finished, the wrong parts were ordered (even though they were the ones who ordered them), the wrong parts were sent from the dealership, the parts were back-ordered, my insurance company was delaying the repairs, the easter bunny hadn't yet approved the work, I mean one ridiculous excuse after another. Now after three months you would have thought that they would have done a pretty good job on my Mercedes, guess again. When I went to finally pick up my Mercedes the paint work was terrible, the rear door did not match the front door and when i pointed this little fact out to them the estimator said that was because my insurance company didn't pay to have the rear door painted so they left it that way, I kid you not this was their excuse. They knew that the color did not match and left it that way, unbelievable! My car went in there one color and these clowns two-toned it for me. At that point they told me to bring it back and they would give me a discount to make the color match on the rear door.....not on your life pal! Taking my car to KOSS COLLISION was like adding insult to injury. Whatever you do don't go to KOSS COLLISION, THEY ARE A JOKE!
