Perfectionist! And that's what you need in a carpet cleaner. I hired Rightway a couple weeks ago to prepare my light Berber-style carpet for new tenants. It had several egregious spots--e.g., six dark red ones on a light taupe carpet--and Rightway's proprietor, Ron, did a fine job getting them to what he calls 95% removed. Of my 10-11 spots, I can see hints of just 2 of them--and that's only because I know where they are. ;-) Not only was Ron's response time speedy, but I was impressed at his ethics regarding measuring the relevant areas. Also, he used a special device to protect my convex corner walls from his hoses, and gave me complimentary booties to wear over my shoes to protect the newly pristine carpets. I'd definitely recommend Rightway; in fact, I've already advised a friend to call them for an estimate on a giant coffee stain she has on carpets even lighter than mine (yikes!).
