Best place for your skin in the Bay Area!. I've had many facials at many different places through the years, but none compares to the Hydra-Facials I get at Lana's. My skin looks and feels 10 years younger after these treatments, and the products Lana sells are the best I've ever used. She is extremely knowledgeable, and knows exactly what to do with my skin to make it glow! The place is nice and modern. Lana is pleasant and caring, with a calm demeanor, and makes the whole experience very relaxing!

Best facial and waxing. Lana is the only person that takes care of my sensitive skin. She does the best facial and waxing.

She's a wonderful person and always makes me feel relaxed. I always look forward to my visits with her.

Simply the best!!!. What a treat!!! This place is sooo stylish, clean, and warm. Lana is very friendly, professional, and caring. There is a wide variety of services that vary depending on the season and the individual need of a person being seen. It is truly a luxury experience from the second you step into that door until you are leaving in a total relaxed and happy mood. Lana, you make me 10 LBs lighter each time you see me. Thank you for being so good.

Finally, clear skin. After seven years of suffering through bad skin and unhlepful dermotologists and facials, my skin is near perfect. My acne began in my thirties, and I honestly tried everything to clear it up. I visited 4 different dermotologists who gave me antibiotics, accutane, micromdermabrasion, peels and perscription topicals. All to no avail. I researched facilists in Los Angeles and San Francisco to find "the best" and visited at least six. None were able to provide products or treatments that made any improvement in my skin. In fact, many of the products and treatments I was given by both the doctors and facialists made it worse. After receiving a facial from one of the best regarded spas in Palo Alto that clogged every pore on my face, I called Lana. My first visit with her was less than two months ago and I am truly amazed at the improvement in my skin. In fact, it is near perfect. She got rid of the clogging caused by my last facial prior to her. She has cured the terrible acne I had all over my forehead and neck, and it is nearly gone on my cheeks. I really didn't think it could be done. I use only the products she gives me. While in the past I spent literally thousands of dollars on products that resulted in either red flakey skin or congested pores, her products are reasonably priced and have resulted in clear, smooth, even glowing, skin. Because I had searched so hard for so long for products or a person to help my skin, I had nearly given up hope of it ever being clear again. I honestly think of Lana as a miracle worker. Plus, she is wonderful to spend time with being interesting, sophisticated, kind and warm. I could not be more impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I give thanks each and every day that I found her.

This place is dazzling!. This place is dazzling!

The whole set up is a treat - the reception area is comfortable, the treatment rooms are well organized and exquisitely clean which you would expect from any salon you go to.

If you decide to pay Lana's Zone a visit, I strongly recommend the relaxing facial - it's so relaxing that on the occasions that I have had it, I've actually fallen asleep! Thank you Lana!!!

I don't need that from my facial lady!. I had gone to see her several times. Being pregnant, one morning I woke up feeling very green. I called to cancel the appointment that morning. Instead of a sympathetic understanding, Lana drilled me. She told me how bad that was for her business and so on. I gladly found someone new with some customer service skills in Los Gatos!

The Best in Town. I've been going to Lana's for about 3 years now for my waxing and facials and she is amazing! Every time I've gone somewhere else for either service I've regretted it, so now I only trust my face and bikini to Lana! What I love best about Lana is that she's so warm and makes you feel so comfortable. Also, she is amazingly fast with bikini waxes so it makes those painful few moments more bearable!

Not Relaxing. I have been to Lana a couple of times now and while she is knowledgeable about skin, the experience is NOT relaxing. There is no massage (expect for the few seconds she spends to lather some lotion on your hands) and she gets up to leave the room numerous times throughout the service. Lana does have good products and they are very affordable.

Great waxing services, lovely atmosphere. I see Lana regularly for waxing services and she truly does the best job. She is so charming and engaging and does a great job helping me relax so that waxing is virtually painless. I've heard from members of my mother's club that she does amazing facials and I hope to treat myself to one soon!
