Go Somewhere Else. Anywhere Else.

I recently treated 5 women to manicures & pedicures the day before my wedding. I booked the appointments 2 weeks in advance, asked everyone what they wanted, called to confirm 2 days before, and got there maybe 5 minutes late. I was rushed to the back room, some of my friends were already there, and were saying how they had been asked to change their appointments or do them later than expected.

When I sat down the woman doing my mani informed me, "You were supposed to be here at 2pm, you are 1/2 hour late and it is making all of us late" I told here I made the appointments in person and they were made for 2:30, she continued to argue with me thru-out my mani and into my pedi!!

The manicure lasted about 6 minutes and was absolutely nothing. They have very limited colours to choose from, no major brands (i was looking for an OPI color). I did get a pineapple-rum drink tho!

The pedicure was maybe 20-25 minutes. Also not much of anything, maybe 5 swipes with a foot file.

It wasn't until I went across the street to get some food that I noticed how bad my feet looked.

I showed one of my friends and we immediately went in and told the front desk, who was shocked and brought over the manager, who was also shocked. It looked like nothing had been done at all.

They offered to do me over again, I declined. Then they refunded me for my service. It was the only thing I would have accepted.

This is not something that you need the day before your wedding!

I would not go back if I was guaranteed to be the only person in the place and all the operators were assigned to me at once. Not even if it was free. And not even if they gave me more rum drinks.

• Pros: pretty place, nice music
• Cons: the pros don't make up for bad service

Island Pedicure

What a diasppointment. For the prices that they charge it is a total rip-off. Nothing special here ladies except some palm trees and hula music playing. Massage took about two minutes on each leg total. Products o.k. Very loud and noisy in back area. Not able to relax at all. Save your money.
