The guys from Sparking Carpets who came to do the job were really friendly. They explained the process to me and about the safety of the soap they use for cleaning. I thought the job was very professional at an affordable price. I would recommend them to friends.

I am very happy with their service. Their tech Luis was great! Very knowledgeable, capable and respectful. He did a great job! The customer satisfaction guarantee is real: When I needed them to come back for a special anti-allergy pass, they did so immediately without delay or charge... Their owner Ken particularly was professional. He was very reassuring at all times. When they came over first time, I had concerns as to whether they had the requisite Allergy relief products with them. He went over the details on the phone, explaining me in great details about their process, how they use a combination of enzymes and sanitizers to achieve the goal. Amazing service, best carpet cleaners I have used so far. They deserve every bit of the Best Carpet Cleaners award on citysearch. This is my first time use of Citysearch, and I am glad I came across this website rather that use the phone books / coupons that I have been using in the past. All Bait and Switch guys. With Sparkling, I let them know, I was willing to consider additional changes in price, once they look at it. But to my amazement, their tech Luis stuck to the original price. Real glad I found Sparkling Carpets, and even happier to have found Citysearch. I will be sure to use this site much more now.
