GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE!!!. Fahrenheit is hands down one of the best restaurants i’ve been to, It’s just the perfect mix in the ambiance of the place, the personality of the staff o and did i mention the TO DIE FOR FOOD?!?! everything is organic btw which is a pleasant plus as there are not too many all organic places to eat in the area. I always just thought of Fahrenheit as a nightlife sort of place, and those sort of places tend to be “less then par” foodwise but Fahrenheit IS indeed a legitimate restaurant with a great experience to go along with the great food!

Hidden Gem. This was the first time I had ever been to Fahrenheit, and I'll definitely be going back. Everything brought to our table was well prepared and beautifully presented. I really love the organic and local aspect of their menu. The price points were very reasonable as well. I plan to go back and sample more of the menu over the next few months. My friend has special diet requirements and her meal was adjusted to meet her needs. I can not recommend highly enough, as I look forward to returning.

New chef is great!!!!. They recently hired a new chef from Napa who is redoing the entire menu to reflect his dedication to local, organic, slow food. Downtown San Jose is sorely lacking in this kind of restaurant, and ESPECIALLY at this price point. My bf and I stopped in for happy hour to check it out. He is gluten free, so we started to ask questions about the menu, and the chef came out and gave us his guidance on the menu, and also offered to modify many dishes for us. In the end, we asked him to serve us several dishes of HIS choice, and they were indeed fabulous. FRESH seaweed salad (OMG awesome, not like the slimy stuff at the store with the sushi), and the entrees were delicious. Most of the entrees are sub $20, so we can afford to go back often. Only downside is the newness of the menu-- he explained that there may be some hiccups in the service in the next couple of months as the servers and staff get used to the new menu and the new concept. We'll be back for the food. Can't speak to the club, never been there that late, but I think they have new management as well as a new chef, so the club may be run differently than in the past. We experienced excellent and personable service, but we were sitting in the bar fairly early on a weeknight.

Pumpin.. Yea, the food is good. The music is pumping, this place turns into a hopping club after dinner. Feels weird and artificial though, maybe I am getting to old for the scene. But if you are looking for dinner and a party, this may be the place for you.
