Editorial Review. Offers laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments which target pigmented lesions, spider veins and help to eliminate fine wrinkles.

I'd like a refund. I got talked into a series of 6 treatments for laser hair removal. They guarantee no hair for up to 2 years after the last treatment. They've used a different laser machine each time I've gone in. I'm attempting to go in for my 4th treatment and they've canceled the appt. thus far. My last appt. was canceled twice and I had to make 3 phone calls into the office before I finally got in. The staff is getting worse. The RN who did my last treatment wore her bluetooth in case she got any phone calls. The receptionist at the time is very "self-aware". Overall they are overpriced...even though they offer their current clients a 40% Off special from time to time, it still ends up being 60%+ what competitors are listing.

Fake Competition - You Have Won $300 + Free Consult --- High pressure sales technique and Upselling. I found this place to be the biggest con. Read other American Laser Center reviews.

You have won $300 dollars and a free consult $100 .

Once your in, the high pressure sales technique starts, the package is about $2500 after discounts.

No guarantee that you will have better skin, no physician onsite, no RN licenses.

You literally have to make a decision the same day if you wan the package or you pay regular retail.

I am appalled that this office an run a high pressure technique and no credible references.

Do you research ...

1) Ensure a physician is onsite

2) Ensure the consult includes a deep consult, i.e. they touch your skin, they understand your skin type

3) Ensure they have done this specific procedure many, many, many, did I say many times.

4) Have you done it on my skin type? -- show me some photos of real people not models

5) Have you see any complications? If you've seen a complication, how do you treat it? Bottom line, where's the follow-up if there is a complication?"

6) Do you offer refunds - show me a contract with that.

"I would go to those facilities first, get the names of every health care provider there and what license they have," and then check for the California Medical Board. "Ask: `Is that person a physician, a physician's assistant, a registered nurse, a licensed vocational nurse?' I'd call those licensing entities, give the names of those individuals and check on their background. Make sure they don't have a disciplinary history that could raise some red flags."

Wish you well ....

Give yourself the ULTIMATE treat!. When I went to the American Laser Center in San Jose, July '07, I was so impressed with the professionalism of the manager, Bonnie Whetstine & her staff. Besides being the most beautiful young lady I'd ever met, Bonnie was knowledgeable & pleasant to talk to. She did not "hard sell", & I did sign up for a package of photo facial & microdermabrasion treatments. The RN's were GREAT, the treatments were painless & I love the way my skin looks!

I highly recommend American Laser Centers & will continue my skin care treatments regularly.
