This was really my worst experience in moving ever. They came out 2 hours late. Then he asked me: could i use your tape for packing, or else i will charge you for the tape. I let him use my tape. Then they broke my table (a $500 table) because they took it out of the apartment unwrapped. They thought it was a short distance move, so they didn't need to wrap it. They put it upright in the hallway, andt then got more stuff out and knocked it down. It had tiles and they broke. The table is unusable anymore. After this happened, the main guy came to me and wanted me to sign on a paper saying that they will charge me no more that 3 times the quoted price. I was shocked!!!! He told his guys to stop working until I signed the paper. We had already signed the papers before, and after breaking the table, he wanted to charge me for the extra time they are spending on the phone with their manager to talk about my broken table and meanwhile, not doing any work. Then at the end, he wanted me to charge me 2 additional hours although they spend 1/2 hour extra. We went on an argument for 30 minutes about his charges. He said at some point: Don't make me lose my temper!!! I was furious then! I talked to his manager immediately, who then said they will charge me for an additional hour. They kep talking among themselves and not doing work at all! Only 1 mexican guy was working, the 2 guys were speaking in a strange foreign language all the time in front of me, and not working. I ended up helping the mexican guy and they were not working, just talking about how they want to charge me more money!!!!! This is the worst moving company ever!!!! Do no use them!!!

Cons: These are crooks and thieves. The will charge you for things they have not done and argue endlessly.

My move went really well. the sales person was knowledgable and the guys who came the day before my move to pack everything as well as the moving crew were all wonderful! I highly recommend this company
