I hired Think Escape for my birthday and I had the best time ever!! The hostess was awesome. She partied with us, showed us where everything in the club was (we really had to go to the clubs bathroom ASAP), and helped us gather all of my friends at the end of the night. I always recommend them to my friends because they're cheap and definitely worth it. It was such a fun night, and my friends and I had so much fun that night. I would definitely recommend having someone else make the reservation for you if it's for your own birthday though, because I was running around stressed out before the bus arrived. You have to have a certain amount of people show up, or else you have to pay the difference, which is what happened in my case. All the people who told me they'd come didnt and I ended up paying the $100 difference =( so if anything, try to collect money in advance....

So for our prom, we hired Think Escape for 6 hours to take us to the prom, to pick us up, and drive us around and then go home. However, they didn't show up. They were supposed to pick us up at 8pm. We called at 8.15 and they said they would be there in 45 mintues- our danced closed at 9. They said "I will talk to my manager, I'll call you back in 5 mintues," and hung up. 20 mintues later we call them and we ask where he is and he says I will be there in 5 mintues. 20 more minutes later he is not here so we call him back and he has turned off his phone. We then call the company- the company gave us another number to reach him at which turned out to be a fake number. Then at 9:30, an hour and a half after we were supposed to be picked up, a us shows up. It is not the bus we ordered. Think Escape hired another company to pick us up because "they didn't want to deal with us." This new bus company did not drive us around for the time we ordered amd it was not the bus that we had paid $3,200 for. Think Escape ruined my night, along with my 39 other friends that were supposed to go to prom and have fun. None of us took pictures and we stayed at prom for 20 mintues total because of this company. They refuse to give us our money back. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would never ever again use this company for any sort of party or limo service.
