Found this business on the local search, called them and imm. Found this business on the local search, called them and immediately got an appt for that afternoon. The Locksmith who showed up was Dan. He figured out what was wrong, explained my options and advised me on how I could save a lot of money in this repair. He was very professional and helpful. I would ask for Dan if I need to call this business again. Perfect!

Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The. Our lock was not working and we couldn't open our door. The guy from this locksmith company dashes over in 30 minutes and with a bit of time and effort, did a door repair, with a new lock and a better one (high security as opposed to a deadbolt). He was professional, courteous, and the fee was very reasonably priced, especially considering it was an emergency service call. We were really pleased and would definitely use him again in the future

Be especially careful if you have children. This company, Total Locksmith, has taken the address and transposed their information over it. That is because they are illegitimate locksmiths and criminals. Their goal is to get your keys so they can come back later and rob you, steal your identity and place hidden cameras in your house so they can post your teen age daughter on the internet. They are very dangerous and devious and if you use them you will be endangering your life and the life of your children and pets. They are especially malicious towards pets like cats and dogs. . Be very very careful. You will notice when you call them that the answer the phone locksmith, not total locksmith because they use multiple names, they don't have a location, if you ask them where they are located they will hang up on you. If you go to the address they list you will see they are not there. They arrive in unmarked vehicles, and they haven't any identification. They are not listed as a business in California. WARNING: THEY ARE A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!!!!!!!
