We were trying to get a customized glass table top. Alejandro's missed the first measuirng appointment entirely, without calling us at all; then on the reschedule, they were at least 1 hour late, again without contacting us. Finally, after waiting over an hour, we left before they ever showed up. On both occasions, we called their listed phone number to try to get a revised ETA, and both times "voice mail was full". They have never yet contacted us to explain, apologize or reschedule. Guess they really did not care about our business nor our reviews!
