I'm a newby at the flooring stuff.... but I visited many many showrooms in the Silicon valley. At most places the extent of the Sales reps knowledge was reading the back of the displays, the showrooms were tight and displays hard to get to, and too small to get a good idea and after 15 minutes I had to chase some one down to get any help. At simple floors.. the first thing I noticed is the showroom was much different, displays are much bigger and better to get a good idea of the entire job. They are easy to get to and enough space for a few people to look around in the same area with out bumping cheeks. The people at simple floors were helping me in what seemed less than a minute. They went out of their way to help me make the right choice, moving displays next to each other, laying them flat so I can see what they look like on the floor... they never lied about the expected time of arrival and best of all after the job was done I had an extra box they allowed me to return with in 30 days!
Pros: Hands down the best flooring store in this area
Cons: Some items were not instock, but they honestly represented accurate time frames.
