Actually, name changed to Hong Kong Saigon. Great dim sum.. Great dim sum at a good price. It does get quite crowded and loud, but the food is worth it. They take credit cards, and the service is very good to boot. Make sure to request the dark chrysanthemum tea (pronounced 'cook bow'), different and good.
