Not good at least for mail service.. I just had very bad experience on this service center. I have asked for a usps priority mail service, with certified and return receipt service, whole thing costs me 13.90$. And when i checked the rate in the web, it only costs:

priority flag rate: 4.95

certified mail : 2.80

return receipt: 2.30

whole is 10.05

How could she ask for 13.90? And she even asked me to pay in cash, while her reason is cash only for USPS. I am feeling really bad on it, and call her back to check the details. she replied that the difference is the private service fee, 15cent to 4$. How could that be that much? 3.85$ extra for 2 ounce stuff? I am going to dig into whole thing deeper in this service, and are going to check with USPS and other institute later on.

Really cheap. this is the only place where it costs only $5 for notarize documents.All other places it is $10. this place is really cheap.
